By accessing or using Prestiq, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. You must be at least 18 years of age to use this platform.
Prestiq is a social status game where players earn virtual currency called Prisms, collect luxury digital assets, build their profile, and compete against other players in Flex Wars. The app includes in-app purchases for virtual currency packs. Players can rank up through nine tiers by earning Prisms through daily activities, purchases, and competition.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Prestiq. By creating an account you confirm you are 18 or older. You must provide accurate information during registration. You may only create one account per person. Accounts are non-transferable.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Do not share your account credentials with others. Notify us immediately at support@playprestiq.com if you believe your account has been compromised. We reserve the right to terminate accounts at our discretion.
Prestiq Games LLC operates a virtual currency system called Prisms. Prisms and all digital assets have no real-world cash value. Prisms cannot be exchanged for real money or transferred outside of the Prestiq platform. The top rank of The Mogul is held by one player at a time and may transfer automatically based on game mechanics. Exclusive items associated with The Mogul rank, including the Private Island and Silver Ghost vehicle, are granted and revoked automatically and carry no monetary value. Prestiq Games LLC reserves the right to modify, adjust, add, remove, or grant virtual currency and digital assets at its discretion.
All purchases are processed securely through Stripe. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All payments are in US Dollars. All purchases are final and non-refundable. Accounts that are suspended or banned for violations of these Terms are not eligible for refunds of any kind. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time.
Prestiq Games LLC may offer a subscription service for premium features. Subscriptions automatically renew until cancelled. You may choose monthly or annual billing. To cancel your subscription, log into your account and manage your subscription settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial subscription periods.

You retain ownership of content you post on Prestiq. By posting content you grant Prestiq Games LLC a non-exclusive license to display that content on the platform. You are solely responsible for the content you post. We reserve the right to remove any content at our sole discretion.
Prestiq has a reporting system for inappropriate content. Reports are reviewed by our admin team. Violations may result in content removal, temporary suspension, or permanent ban. Banned accounts are not eligible for refunds of any kind. We reserve the right to ban any account at our sole discretion.
All Prestiq branding, logos, game mechanics, and platform design are owned by Prestiq Games LLC. You may not reproduce, copy, or distribute any Prestiq content without written permission. If you believe your copyright has been infringed, contact us at support@playprestiq.com.
Your use of Prestiq is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at https://playprestiq.com/privacy.
Prestiq may contain links to third party websites or services we do not own or control. We are not responsible for the content or practices of any third party sites. Our payment processor Stripe operates under its own terms available at stripe.com/terms.
Prestiq is provided as is without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We are not responsible for any loss of virtual currency or digital assets due to technical issues. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.
Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to Prestiq Games LLC in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
You agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting us at support@playprestiq.com. If informal resolution fails after 30 days, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Laramie County, Wyoming. You have 1 year from the date of the claim to bring action against Prestiq Games LLC. These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Wyoming.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email. Continued use of Prestiq after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for any reason. You may delete your account at any time through the app. Upon termination all virtual currency and digital assets are forfeited with no refund.
